Our Staff
We consider the following qualities are important when selecting new members of staff:
- A good rapport with the children
- A relevant qualification and experience within the 0 - 5 age group
- First aid training or a commitment to undertake a first aid course
- An understanding of “Special Needs” children
- An understanding of the needs of parents
- A full police, local authority and health check as required by the Inspection Unit
No visitors or staff who have not been checked by the Inspection Unit are allowed unsupervised access to any child.
